Rich, creamy and unmistakably chocolatey, The Chocolate Man’s Proper Milk Chocolate is inspired by the fuller cocoa flavour and satisfying creamy melt of classic British milk chocolate.
Developed by pharmacist turned chocolatier The Chocolate Man, Proper Milk keeps things simple with just five ingredients: milk, sugar, cocoa mass, real cocoa butter and sunflower lecithin. No palm oil and no unnecessary extras.

This is our first step towards scaling Proper Milk into full production. Once these bars are gone, they’re gone.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours, ideally between 15°C and 18°C. For the best flavour and texture, allow the chocolate to reach room temperature before eating.
