Idea Lab submission terms — please read

By submitting an idea, you agree to the following terms, subject to applicable law:

  1. Voluntary submissions: Suggestions are voluntary without an expectation of payment, royalties, profit-sharing or ownership in products.
  2. Permission to develop: To the extent you hold the necessary rights, you grant Salahuddin Dates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, adapt, develop, manufacture, market and sell products inspired by your submitted idea without further payment.
  3. Similar concepts: We may already be developing similar products or receive similar suggestions from other people. A submission does not confer exclusive rights over general flavour combinations or concepts.
  4. No obligation: We are not obliged to review, develop, manufacture, acknowledge or respond to suggestions.
  5. Rights of others: Only submit information and materials you have the right to share. Do not send confidential information or others' protected works without permission.
  6. No automatic entitlement: Our authorised use of submitted ideas does not, on its own, create a right to royalties, compensation or product ownership.
  7. Recognition: We may choose to credit contributors or offer discretionary rewards, and will seek permission before publishing identifying details.

Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
