Remember a rich, creamy milk chocolate with a proper cocoa flavour? The Chocolate Man’s Proper Milk is our small British chocolate company’s take on that familiar favourite. Created by a pharmacist turned chocolatier and developed through five recipe versions, customer taste-testing and a pilot production run in Italy.

From pilot to full-size
The earlier 30g pilot batch has sold out. This listing is for the upcoming 110g production edition, not the pilot bars. Its final mould, presentation and commercial batch details are being confirmed. Feedback about the pilot relates to that earlier test batch, not yet to the finished 110g edition.

Ingredients: Whole MILK, sugar, organic cocoa butter, cocoa mass* and sunflower lecithin.
minimum cocoa solids: 30%
*cocoa is rainforest alliance certified & organic fair trade certified and heavy metal testing is carried out.
Allergy information: Contains MILK. May contain peanuts, sesame, soya, gluten and tree nuts.
Storage
Keep cool and dry, away from sunlight and strong odours. Store in accordance with the final pack instructions.
